I'm so happy we have another bank holiday weekend - thank you Royal Wedding and May Day!
I was really hoping to have a quick European getaway, hopping on the Eurostar to Paris, going for a romantic walk along the Seine, eating croissants in the Eiffel Tower gardens...
Alas, with it being a bank holiday the travel prices are so expensive! I've managed to squirrel a bit of money away by cutting back on my spending, taking on a few extra hours at work and managed to save quite a bit on one of those sites where you compare gas and electricity prices, but it just won't stretch to Paris and back. So, I'm off for a British seaside adventure instead! Hopefully the weather will last over the weekend, but it'll be great just to get away for while - even if I do end up in a coastal cafe staring at the rain! Photo: Anirudh Koul (Flickr)

However, I was really disappointed with the 3D. I haven’t seen many film in 3D, but the ones I have, have been amazing. I saw Avatar and Up which was just brilliant to watch.
But it just did not work with Rio. There was no need for it to be in 3D and it didn’t add anything to the film and quite frankly did not make it look any better.
With loads of films using 3D, I think there needs to be a line to which kind of films work being in 3D and which don’t. If we have every film using it, it will get boring and when a film like Avatar comes along again we won’t appreciate how amazing it looks.
I think maybe some producers need some
It is perfect under my skin-tight dress as the lines are invisible. Yes, it does feel like I am breathing constantly but at least there is no lumps and bumps!
